List of Cheating, Fraud, and Fake, Black Listed IT or Software Companies in Chennai, Bangalore (Bengaluru), Pune, Hyderabad in India

Hello Friends, this is for students who finished there studies and who searching for a job. Kindly read it.  

1. Targeting the Student's Community for Cheat:  

There are lot of fake companies has been started at Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Pune to cheat students. Due to growth of IT they were started cheating. While pursuing our BE(Bachelor of Engineering), MCA (Master of Computer Application), or M.Sc (Master of Science) all students have to do project in a Software company during their final year. So students engaged in searching of software company to do their project. But no software company allow people to do live project without reference. So students who did not get Live project they decided to do in a Project center that is said to be pay project, it is the initial place for cheating. The staff's in project center do brain wash for students saying that we will provide job after completion of project so students will join there. At first the company staff's give more respect few days later after getting money from the student. they doesn't care about them. This is the situation happening in most of the cities in India.

2. Cheating the Freshers who Completed their BE or MCA:

After completion of course every one engaged in searching of job. Some student's got placement in good MNC software company the students who not getting job will roam all over the city for job. Fake or Fraud software companies target them for earning money. Then they call them for Interview through any Job Website. People's who got the mail go for walk in interview to those companies.  

3. Interview procedure conduct by the fraud or fake Software company:  

People's who goes for attending the walk in interview to those companies will be asked to write an aptitude test.

1. The written test conducted by them is for formality to cover up the students.

2. Then they ask them to wait or else they inform that, they will call you later.

3. After few days later they will surely call all people's who attend the interview but each person will be called on different day.

4. They keep you a direct technical round it is also to cover the students only.

5. The truth is the interviewer itself don't know answer for any question. Also the question which asked are not related to subjects.

6. They ask about your family background unnecessarily. If the family background is good enough to pay money then they select you or else they inform "we will call you later" .

7.The selected students will be asked to pay a security deposit from 25,000 to 2,00,000. If we want to break the bond we have to half of the security deposit to company this is rule.

8. Some companies ask NON - REFUNDABLE Amount.

9. They inform that salary will be 5000 per year. Also they add that "Depending upon the performance we will increase the salary" .

10. If you join there after paying the security deposit. They give more work load to you, actually there is no work at all.

11. Some companies will be closed after few months without returning the money. They will say bye to you. Some Companies give more pressure and compel you to break the bond within 3 months.

12. At last they will get benefited by the us.

4.Precaution to be taken before attending the interview:

If Someone ask's money for job as security deposit, and NON-REFUNDABLE Security Deposit don't go and join there. Please guys be safe, its your money. Your parent's earning by by Hard work. But this type dirty bull shits scrap your money in easy way. Why we have to pay money to work for them. Earning money through this way won't be stable. Please note down this bloody cheaters. If you need go and earn it other way, Why you cheating our student community.

GUYS NOTE IT: IF ANY COMPANIES ASK MONEY FOR JOB BE SAFE DON'T GO FOR INTERVIEW. JUST POST THE COMPANY DETAILS IN CONSUMER COMPLAINTS WEBSITE. WHY WE HAVE TO PAY MONEY TO WORKING FOR THEM.

I experienced like this type of companies. So that only insist me to write this article. Now am working in a good software concern as a Java Programmer.
