'Thor 'Upcoming Superhero film based on Comic Books- 3D - Trailer of Thor

Thor is an upcoming 2011 American superhero film based on the comic book of the same name appearing in Marvel Comics. It is the fourth film to be released in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and is scheduled to be released on April 27, 2011 in Belgium, Egypt, France and Switzerland and on May 6, 2011 in the United States.[2] The film will star Chris Hemsworth, Tom Hiddleston, Natalie Portman, Jaimie Alexander and Anthony Hopkins with Kenneth Branagh directing a script by Mark Protosevich, Ashley Miller, Zack Stentz and Don Payne.[3][4] The project of a film adaptation of Thor was in development hell for several years before Marvel Studios signed Protosevich to write its script in 2006. Matthew Vaughn was to direct the film in late 2008 for a release in 2010. Branagh replaced Vaughn in late 2008, and the film's release was rescheduled into 2011. The main characters were cast in 2009 and principal photography took place from January–May 2010. Thor is also scheduled to be released in 3-D.[5]

Marvel Studios has released the first official poster for their upcoming movie “Thor”. It looks like just a teaser poster, though, with black and white and with a flowing red cape. Classy, and kind of heroic.

Thor spans the Marvel Universe from present day Earth to the realm of Asgard. At the center of the story is the mighty Thor, a powerful but arrogant warrior whose reckless actions reignite an ancient war. Thor is cast down to Earth by his father Odin and is forced to live among humans. A beautiful, young scientist, Jane Foster (Portman), has a profound effect on Thor, as she ultimately becomes his first love. It’s while here on Earth that Thor learns what it takes to be a true hero when the most dangerous villain of his world sends the darkest forces of Asgard to invade Earth.

Starring Natalie Portman, Chris Hemsworth, Idris Elba, Kat Dennings, Anthony Hopkins, Stellan SkarsgÄrd, Ray Stevenson, Rene Russo, Tom Hiddleston, Jaimie Alexander, Clark Gregg, Colm Feore, Tadanobu Asano, Adriana Barraza, Joshua Dallas, Matt Battaglia and directed by Kenneth Branagh.

Holly Wood English Movie - High Quality - High Definition- 5.1 Surround Effect
Hollywood is a district in Los Angeles, California – situated west-northwest of Downtown Los Angeles.[2] Due to its fame and cultural identity as the historical center of movie studios and movie stars, the word "Hollywood" is often used as a metonym of American cinema. The nicknames StarStruck Town and Tinseltown refer to Hollywood and its movie industry.[3] Today, much of the movie industry has dispersed into surrounding areas such as the Westside neighborhood,[4] but significant auxiliary industries, such as editing, effects, props, post-production, and lighting companies remain in Hollywood, as does the backlot of Paramount Pictures.
Holly Wood Movie Releases and Reviews

It is not the typical practice of the City of Los Angeles to establish specific boundaries for districts or neighborhoods; however, Hollywood is a recent exception. On February 16, 2005, California Assembly Members Jackie Goldberg and Paul Koretz introduced a bill to require California to keep specific records on Hollywood as though it were independent. For this to be done, the boundaries were defined. This bill was unanimously supported by the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and the Los Angeles City Council. Assembly Bill 588 was approved by the Governor of California on August 28, 2006, and now the district of Hollywood has official borders. The border can be loosely described as the area east of West Hollywood, south of Mulholland Drive, Laurel Canyon, Cahuenga Boulevard, and Barham Boulevard, and the cities of Burbank and Glendale, north of Melrose Avenue and west of the Golden State Freeway and Hyperion Avenue. This includes all of Griffith Park and Los Feliz[citation needed] — two areas that were hitherto considered separate from Hollywood by most Angelenos.[who?] The population of the district, including Los Feliz, as of the 2000 census was 123,436 and the median household income was $33,409 in 1999.[1]
